One charming vintage rosette bow by Houlès, Paris from the discontinued collection: "Toinette"!
Hand made rosette is well made in a pretty greyish blue with blue trim.
Lots of uses for this French piece, circa late 1980's-90's.
This is a showroom sample and may be used as a picture hanger, drapery or pillow accessory, canopy decor, even fashioned to a hat or hair barrette!
In excellent vintage condition.
