Very charming and handsome 19th century find!
Antique table top candle reflector in the form of a tilt-top table.
These reflectors were used to increase the glow or light of a candle that was used for reading, puzzles, sewing, etc.
This tilt-top reflector is in excellent vintage condition, showing age related wear.
The table has a dark brass patina, tripod legs, bun feet and is large with a 6" dia table top.
With the top tilted up, it is 8.25"H (5.25" with the top flat).
A rare find and a real conversation piece.
No marker's mark.
